That's my best guess about what you should probably try. The stash is Big Bank, and the cube is Transmogrify Box2. Assasin2) since they should all be the same. You can just use the values from any of them (e.g. The inventory is named after the classes. I think the top ones without the 2 after their name are for 640x480 resolution, and you probably want the ones for 800圆00 resolution (the ones that end in 2), but if that doesn't work you can try the values from the top one (I'm not sure what Hero Editor uses). That can help you find what you're looking for. So in the unedited one it says 6x8 for the stash (Big Bank ), and 10x10 in the expanded one. Here's a couple screenshots highlighting the columns you probably want to look at (gridLeft and gridTop):Īnd if you look to the left of gridLeft you'll see gridX and gridY which is how many rows and columns there are. If you open up Inventory.txt from the expanded inventory mod in a spreadsheet editor like AFJ Sheet Editor side by side with an unedited Inventory.txt from Patch_D2.mpq (which you can extract with a tool like Ladik's MPQ Editor), you can see the pixel positions that likely correspond with InventoryLeft and InventoryTop. Thank you in advance and any help is appreciated am i missing something or am i doing something wrong? not sure about the Left and Top values though.īut i still get the same error. I basically changed the dimensions Height/Width. i don't want to have to empty the inventory, cube, and stash every time i wanna tweak something with the Hero editor. but i was wondering if there's a way to use hero editor with the expanded inventory full. but if i have anything in the expanded space and try to use hero editor the char gets locked and i get the "bad inventory data" message. Hero editor works fine if i have my default inventory, it also works fine if i have the expanded inventory and all the extra space is empty. i only have my inventory, stash and cube expanded with the "default.key" and the game short cut thingy. I'm playing single player on a regular D2 LOD installation.
